Michael Delk

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Michael is the third of four brothers. From a very young age, Michael knew he wanted to make a career in the entertainment industry. He began performing on stage at the age of three and has enjoyed playing both lead and supporting roles in several dramatic productions. Being a very creative person and effective teacher, Michael's mother recognized his creative expression and encouraged participation in many of the arts. He has received multiple awards for his creativity in the areas of fine arts, creative writing, and performing arts.
Michael is a talented young performer with a drive and dedication to pursue his passion for acting. He has been cast in feature films, TV commercials, and appears on the newest Nintendo Wii package (made available overseas in late 2009). Michael also participated in two video cast book promotions for "Before I Fall" and previously for "Cleopatra's Daughter" (Random House) where he played the role of Alexander, Cleopatra's son. He was awarded the top medals in seven out of eight categories entered during the International Performing Arts Conference in Los Angeles.
Raised in a remote rural setting, Michael is an accomplished horseman and animal handler. He has interests in swordsmanship, archery, and stage combat. Michael enjoys outdoor and wilderness settings where he can further explore and connect to the bigger world around him. He is a very athletic young man who participated in many sports, having earned a place on his high school varsity wrestling team since his freshman year. Michael enjoys music and dance as well. He plays two instruments and was an enthusiastic performer with his high school dance team. He is also a very talented fine artist and has won numerous awards in statewide competitions.
In addition to portraying a wide range of emotions and character roles, he enjoys keeping up with the current trends in fashion. While completing a fashion design and marketing course, Michael designed his own personal label and line of clothing with accessories. During his sophomore year in high School, Michael succeeded in planning, organizing, and directing a 2-day High Fashion Runway Show with open auditions to over 120 persons, selecting 42 participants from the general public. Michael met the challenge of coordinating retail sponsors and showcasing three designers to outfit the models ranging in age from 2 to 65 while gaining experience in marketing and promotion. Through this event, he was able to assist others in their debut appearance and ignite their excitement of public performance on the runway.
A firm believer in being a positive influence and staying involved in one's local community, Michael has spent countless hours volunteering for charities and community organizations as well as actively participating as a member of 4-H, a youth development program of OSU and WSU extension. Michael and his family have encountered hardships which have instilled a perseverance to overcome and believe for positive outcomes. This connection to real life experience enhances his creative expression while acting. In this regard, he is very genuine is his personality and interactions.

Represented by the Savage Agency, KSR Talent Agency, and managed by Witt Entertainment Management of Hollywood, California, Michael currently continues his passion for the Arts while pursuing his Associate's Degree in Dramatic Arts in the LA area. When at home near Seattle, Mic is represented by Big Fish NW.
